Upon request a transfer from the airport in Gdansk can be arranged. 

Oneway 50€ (about 100km)

There is a taxi available at http://www.travelgdansk.pl.

There is a metro from the airport to Gdansk Wrzeszcz. There you can take a train to the nearby station 'Smetowo Graniczne', where I can pick you up for free. ​
